And who better to host this special dinner than bushcraft expert Ray Mears, joined by a group of renowned conservationists? The menu for this exclusive gathering celebrates the wonders of nature and the forest’s fresh produce.
The amateur cooks will recreate a five-course menu designed by Swedish Michelin-starred chef Niklas Ekstedt, known for his modern cuisine showcasing foraged ingredients cooked over a live fire. It’s a true test of their skills as they navigate the harsh conditions, battling flames, heat, and smoke to deliver dishes that meet the Michelin standard. While no one else will be eliminated, judges John and Gregg will be closely observing their every move, as even the smallest details can make a significant difference in the search for this year’s MasterChef champion.
