Warner Bros. Discovery’s Max streaming service has revealed its April 2025 programming lineup. The month features new seasons of popular series, comedy specials, and a selection of films, including A24 releases.
Here’s the Lowdown: Hacks Season 4 debuts on April 10, with the story of Deborah and Ava attempting to launch a late-night show. The Last of Us Season 2 begins streaming on April 13, continuing Joel and Ellie’s story, and will be available with American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation. The Rehearsal Season 2, starring Nathan Fielder, premieres on April 20. A comedy special, Brett Goldstein: The Second Best Night of Your Life, will be released.
What This Means Now: Max subscribers have a range of new content to look forward to in April, spanning comedy, drama, and film. A24 films Y2K (April 4) and Babygirl (April 25) are also hitting the service.
The Bigger Picture: Max is continuing to build its library with a mix of original series, acquired content, and themed collections. The April lineup includes a “Dystopian Stories” section. There’s also a large number of older movies joining, sports events, and wrestling.
