MrBeast is staying in the game—and taking it bigger.

Prime Video has handed a two-season renewal to Beast Games, the unscripted mega-competition series from creator-host Jimmy Donaldson, better known to his 200M+ YouTube subscribers as MrBeast. The renewal follows a blockbuster launch in December that quickly turned Beast Games into the most-watched unscripted title in Prime Video history, drawing over 50 million viewers in just 25 days.

Season 1 brought together 1,000 contestants vying for a $10 million prize, making it one of the largest-scale reality competitions ever attempted on streaming. With the greenlight for two more installments, Prime Video is doubling down on its bet that Donaldson’s signature brand of high-stakes spectacle can deliver both massive viewership and global conversation.

Vernon Sanders, head of television at Amazon MGM Studios, called the renewal a reflection of audience appetite for Donaldson’s “next-level” creativity and teased that even more outrageous challenges are on deck.

Behind the scenes, the creative team remains intact. Sean Klitzner and Matt Apps return as showrunners and executive producers. Co-creators Klitzner, Tyler Conklin, and Mack Hopkins are also back, with Conklin again directing the series.

Donaldson, already one of the most influential digital creators globally, has expanded well beyond YouTube in recent years, launching consumer brands like Feastables and co-founding environmental initiatives #TeamTrees and #TeamSeas. Beast Games marks his most ambitious move into long-form streaming content—and one that appears to be paying off.

No premiere date has been announced yet for the new seasons, but production is expected to ramp up later this year.
