In the third episode “Compromises,” of the fourth and final season of My Brilliant Friend, Elena takes a trip down memory lane as she visits her old neighborhood after many years. She attempts to bury the hatchet with Immacolata and learns about her mother’s health issues.
The story then shifts to Elena’s return from New York with Nino, where a surprise awaits. Both Elena and Lila are pregnant, bringing them closer together as they navigate this new phase of their lives.
