My Husband's Other Face Key Art

On Lifetime Movie Network, where suburban anxieties morph into full-blown psychological thrillers faster than you can say “herbal remedy,” comes My Husband’s Other Face. This latest offering centers on Nicole (Brooke Burfitt), a woman whose marriage has hit a snag — or, perhaps more accurately, a ditch. Facing health issues and her husband’s infidelity, Nicole’s pursuit of marital bliss leads her down a path paved with questionable choices and, as these things tend to go on LMN, some seriously creepy consequences.

In a move that should surprise absolutely no one familiar with the network’s oeuvre, Nicole seeks help from a herbal healer. Desperate times, desperate measures, and all that. This healer, purveyor of all things earthy and mystical, provides Nicole with a tincture — a magic potion, if you will — intended to rekindle her husband’s love. Now, herbal teas for relaxation? Sure. A mystical elixir designed to manipulate someone’s affections? That’s where even the most ardent believer in alternative medicine might raise an eyebrow. Nicole, however, seems game.

But as anyone who’s seen a Lifetime movie knows, messing with fate rarely ends well. The tincture, meant to be a love potion, instead unleashes unforeseen and decidedly chilling repercussions. While details are scarce (because who wants the entire plot spoiled?), it’s safe to assume Nicole’s happily-ever-after is about as likely as a calm Tuesday night in Port Charles. Expect gaslighting, lurking figures, and possibly a few shattered teacups. Joining Burfitt in this foray into marital mayhem are Braxton Angle, Courtney Elvira, Mike Boland, and Dana Anderwald, who round out the cast of suspicious neighbors, concerned friends, and possibly a nefarious herbalist or two.
