This Sunday, Discovery’s “Naked and Afraid” is shaking things up in an episode called “Three Is Not Enough.” It seems like the already intense survival challenge is about to get even more complicated.
The episode starts with three survivalists who just finished a 14-day fan challenge. Now, they’re beginning a new 21-day stint in the tough, mosquito-filled rainforests of Belize. They have almost nothing – just one personal item each, no food, no water. They’re quickly going to find out that having three people doesn’t always make things easier, especially when something unexpected happens.
A family emergency means one person has to leave early. That leaves the other two to manage on their own, but only for a while. Soon, a new survivalist joins them, changing how the remaining group has to work together. In a place this difficult, where just pushing through is key, how will these changes affect their chances of making it?
