Nigel and Diane’s journey takes an unexpected turn as they navigate towards the Standedge Tunnel, one of the waterways’ seven wonders. Meanwhile, Rachel and Joe get hands-on, crafting a new kitchen for their narrowboat, Windfish. It’s also a big day for Vic and Jo, as they launch their cookbook in the picturesque Peak District.
