CBS is pulling out all the stops for its “New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash,” adding a mix of country stars, comedians, and even a sitcom favorite to its already impressive lineup. The network announced that Montana Jordan, best known as Georgie Cooper on “Young Sheldon,” will make a special appearance during the five-hour broadcast.

Jordan joins a growing roster of recently announced additions, including comedians Bert Kreischer and Leanne Morgan, along with internet personality Bunnie Xo. Country music fans can also look forward to Katelyn Brown joining her husband, Kane Brown, for a performance, and rising star Alana Springsteen will take the stage with co-host Keith Urban.

These additions complement a lineup already boasting more than 40 artists, including country music heavyweights like Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, and Chris Stapleton, alongside genre-bending performer Post Malone. With such a wide array of talent, CBS is aiming to capture a broad audience looking to ring in the new year with a mix of music and entertainment.

The festivities will be helmed by Keith Urban and Rachel Smith, who will co-host the main event. Dustin Lynch and Lonnie Quinn will handle the initial countdown from Times Square for the East Coast broadcast, followed by Urban and Smith leading the Central Time countdown live from Nashville, culminating in the Music Note Drop at the Bicentennial Mall stage.
