NBC Renews “One Chicago” Franchise: “Med,” “Fire,” and “P.D.” All Returning for New Seasons!

Good news for fans of the “One Chicago” block: NBC is bringing back all three of its popular Chicago-based dramas. You can expect “Chicago Med,” “Chicago Fire,” and “Chicago P.D.” to return for the 2025-26 television season, keeping Wednesday nights packed with action on the network.

Chicago Med” will head into its 11th season, with familiar faces like S. Epatha Merkerson and Oliver Platt set to return to the busy Gaffney Chicago Medical Center. The show will continue to follow the hospital staff as they handle challenging cases and the pressures of their demanding jobs.

Over at Firehouse 51, “Chicago Fire” is gearing up for its 14th season. Led by Taylor Kinney and David Eigenberg, the series will keep following the firefighters and paramedics as they respond to emergencies and rely on each other through thick and thin.

Meanwhile, “Chicago P.D.” is confirmed for Season 13. Jason Beghe and Patrick John Flueger will be back as the Intelligence Unit investigates serious crimes across the city, dealing with the difficult situations their work throws at them.
