Someone’s playing with fire on the next “NCIS,” and it’s not just the sparks flying during a planned “Ladies’ Night.” This Monday’s episode takes a fiery turn when an arson investigation interrupts the team’s off-duty plans. While the agents work to unravel the arsonist’s motives, Torres finds himself wrestling with the ever-present challenge of work-life balance. Clearly, there’s only so much Torres can handle before some internal wires start to get crossed.
As the team races to solve the case, the episode also examines the personal struggles of one of its own. It seems even seasoned investigators have trouble juggling the demands of their high-pressure jobs with the desire for a life outside of the office. “Ladies Night” was written by Sydney Mitchel and directed by series star Rocky Carroll.
“NCIS” airs Monday, March 31st at 9:00 PM ET/PT on CBS. The episode is also available to stream live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, with on-demand access for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the next day.
