NCIS, the long-running police procedural drama, concludes its twenty-first season with the finale episode “Reef Madness.”
In tonight’s season finale, Parker and Knight discover three bodies on an old Navy ship that is about to be sunk and turned into an artificial reef. As they investigate, they suddenly find themselves locked inside by a mysterious figure.
