When the remains of a long-missing U.S. Naval engineer are discovered entombed in concrete, the NCIS: Sydney team faces a daunting challenge. The discovery of the body raises more questions than answers. Who was responsible for the engineer’s disappearance and gruesome end? And why was the body encased in concrete?
