Neighborhood Wars: Party Poopers (A&E, Tuesday, February 18, 2025)

Neighborhood Wars Key Art

Ah, neighborly disputes. They’re the gift that keeps on giving, at least for those of us who enjoy watching other people’s misery from the comfort of our own homes. This week, “Neighborhood Wars” delivers a trifecta of conflict, featuring gunfire in Atlanta, trespassing accusations in Arizona, and a noise complaint in Florida.

Gunfire? Seriously? I know neighborhood disagreements can get heated, but exchanging bullets seems a bit excessive. I’m morbidly curious to see how that particular situation unfolded. In Arizona, a hiker is apparently being harassed by a neighbor who believes she’s trespassing. Will this devolve into a full-blown standoff, or will cooler heads prevail? And in Florida, a party-loving couple clashes with their neighbors over noise levels. Will it be a battle of decibels, or will someone finally call the cops?

“Neighborhood Wars” thrives on these kinds of petty squabbles, capturing the absurdity of human conflict with grainy footage from cell phones and doorbell cameras. It’s a voyeuristic guilty pleasure, but it’s a guilty pleasure nonetheless.

“Neighborhood Wars: Party Poopers” airs Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 9:00 PM on A&E.
