The Neighborhood “Welcome to Pickleball” (CBS, Monday, January 27, 2025)

The Neighborhood

Well, the block is buzzing on The Neighborhood again, but this time, it’s not just Dave Butler’s overly enthusiastic greetings causing the commotion. Miss Kim’s old house has new occupants, and let’s just say they aren’t exactly winning any “Quietest Neighbors” awards. In fact, their nocturnal habits are turning the cul-de-sac into a sleepless symphony of disruption. Imagine the Butlers and Johnsons trying to function on zero REM — the comedy practically writes itself.

Meanwhile, Marty Butler’s romantic endeavors are also heating up. Remember how he’s been dipping his toes into the dating pool? It seems Courtney is ready to make a splash of her own, announcing an impending date. Naturally, this throws a wrench into Marty’s carefully curated bachelor life. As if noisy neighbors weren’t enough to deal with.

So, if you enjoy a hearty dose of family sitcom shenanigans with a side of relatable neighborhood chaos, tune in to see how the Butlers and the Johnsons handle the latest round of disturbances. Will they band together to confront the sleep-depriving newcomers? Will Marty sabotage Courtney’s date out of sheer pettiness? Only time will tell.
