Netflix and Aardman Team Up for new Chicken Run & Wallace and Gromit

Aardman and Netflix have teamed up for two new movies, one a Chicken Run sequel and the other a new story for Wallace and Gromit.

It’s no yolk! Netflix is reteaming with Aardman for two exciting new films — a new Wallace & Gromit movie from Nick Park in 2024, and the long-awaited Chicken Run sequel, CHICKEN RUN: DAWN OF THE NUGGET, coming next year.

Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget , starring Thandiwe Newton, Zachary Levi and Bella Ramsey, revisits your favourite chickens Ginger and Rocky plus a whole coop of new friends. Hatching only on Netflix in 2023.

About Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget:

Having pulled off a death-defying escape from Tweedy’s farm, Ginger has finally found her dream – a peaceful island sanctuary for the whole flock, far from the dangers of the human world. When she and Rocky hatch a little girl called Molly, Ginger’s happy ending seems complete. But back on the mainland the whole of chicken-kind faces a new and terrible threat. For Ginger and her team, even if it means putting their own hard-won freedom at risk – this time, they’re breaking in!
