Netflix has announced a new music competition series, Building the Band, bringing together talented singers to form bands based on chemistry and connection. The series will be mentored and judged by renowned artist Nicole Scherzinger, alongside music experts Liam Payne and Kelly Rowland, with AJ McLean serving as host.
The unique format of Building the Band sees singers forming bands in individual ‘booths’ without ever seeing each other, relying solely on musical compatibility and connection. The singers are in complete control, dealing with challenges and making difficult decisions as they strive to create the perfect band.
Building the Band is produced by Remarkable Entertainment, Banijay UK, with Cat Lawson, Alison Holloway, Katrina Morrison, Clara Elliot, and Simon Crossley serving as executive producers.
