Binge continues to bring viewers the world’s greatest superheroes this January; a new hero is born on Naomi while Superman & Lois takes flight for season two.

From Oscar nominee/Emmy winner Ava DuVernay and Jill Blankenship (Arrow), the newest superhero series Naomi, starring Kaci Walfall (Army Wives, Power, The Lion King on Broadway) follows the journey of a cool, confident, comic book–loving teenager as she pursues her hidden destiny. In addition to Walfall, the series will star Camila Moreno, Alexander Wraith, Cranston Johnson, Barry Watson, Mary-Charles Jones, Aidan Gemme, Mouzam Makkar, Will Meyers, and Daniel Puig.

Starring Tyler Hoechlin (Teen Wolf) as the world’s most famous superhero, The Man of Steel aka Clark Kent and Elizabeth Tulloch (Grimm) as comic books’ most famous journalist, Lois Lane, the Kent family return for their second season on Superman & Lois. After years of facing megalomaniacal supervillains, monsters wreaking havoc on Metropolis, Superman and Lois Lane, come face to face with one of their greatest challenges ever – dealing with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.

The season two ensemble cast also includes Erik Valdez (Graceland), Jordan Elsass (Little Fires Everywhere), Alex Garfin, Inde Navarette (13 Reasons Why), Wole Parks (All American) and Adam Rayner (Mistresses) with Dylan Walsh (Nip/Tuck) and Emmanuelle Chriqui (Entourage). New additions this season include Ian Bohen (Teen Wolf) in the antagonistic role of Lieutenant Mitch Anderson and Jenna Dewan (Step Up) will be reprising the role of Lucy Lane (Lois Lane’s younger sister). Dewan first appeared as Lucy during the first season of Supergirl.

Both shows will premiere their new seasons on 12 January with new episodes weekly.

Based on the characters from DC created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, Superman & Lois was developed by Greg Berlanti (Arrow, The Flash, Batwoman, Supergirl) and Todd Helbing (The Flash, Black Sails), who executive produce alongside Sarah Schechter (All American, Riverdale) and Geoff Johns (Titans, DC’s Stargirl, Wonder Woman).

Based on the characters from DC, Naomi is written and executive produced by Ava DuVernay and Jill Blankenship, and executive produced by Paul Garnes of ARRAY Filmworks. Amanda Marsalis (Echo Park, Queen Sugar) directed and co-executive produced the pilot episode. The series is from ARRAY Filmworks in association with Warner Bros. Television.
