This Monday, the pressure mounts as renovation deadlines loom, business plans are put to the test, and cocktail shakers are, well, shaken. In France, Paul and Fiona are in a race against time to finish their extensive renovations. Will they make their deadline, or will their dream home remain a construction zone?
Meanwhile, in Spain, B&B owners Tom and Terry take a hard look at their fledgling business. Can they turn their venture into a thriving success, or will they be forced to admit defeat? And in Portugal, Leah and Joao try to carve out a niche for themselves in the competitive cocktail scene of Albufeira.
