Bravo is adding a fresh batch of Manhattanites to its reality roster with Next Gen NYC, premiering Tuesday at 9 PM ET. Welcome to New York, the series opener, introduces viewers to a group of twentysomethings grappling with the usual Big Apple dilemmas—finding an apartment, managing family expectations, and avoiding romantic misfires—all while trying to build their own legacies.
Among the cast, Hudson’s apartment hunt turns into a comedic odyssey as he navigates the city’s cutthroat rental market. Brooks finds herself caught between a high-pressure fashion shoot with her mother, Meredith, and her simmering frustration over Charlie’s increasingly obvious flirtations with her sister, Chloe. Meanwhile, Georgia makes a jaw-dropping confession about her hygiene habits, leaving Gia and Riley speechless.
While the series focuses on the group’s shared friendships and romantic entanglements, there’s a generational hook that runs beneath the surface. Each of these young adults is dealing with the shadow cast by their successful parents.
If the premiere is any indication, Next Gen NYC is set to deliver the right mix of aspiration, awkwardness, and over-the-top moments that fuel Bravo’s reality machine.
Next Gen NYC premieres Tuesday, June 3 at 9:00 PM ET on Bravo.
