In “Always Crust Your Instincts,” the five remaining chefs face a challenge designed to test their creativity and adaptability: reimagining Gordon Ramsay’s iconic Beef Wellington—without using beef.
Given a mere 35 minutes, these culinary contenders must think on their feet, substitute ingredients, and transform a classic dish into something entirely new. It’s a high-stakes gamble, and with a $250,000 grand prize and the coveted title of “Next Level Chef” on the line, the pressure is immense. Judges Gordon Ramsay, Richard Blais, and Nyesha Arrington will taste, critique, and ultimately decide which two chefs are safe and which three must battle it out for a chance to cook in the season finale.
