Next Level Chef: Pro Chef Auditions (FOX, Thursday, February 27, 2025)

Next Level Chef

FOX’s Next Level Chef returns with the final round of auditions, and things are about to get seriously heated. In “Pro Chef Auditions,” eight professional chefs enter the arena, each armed with years of experience and a hunger for victory. But will their fine-dining finesse translate to the chaotic, multi-level kitchen of Next Level Chef?

These aren’t your average home cooks whisking up weeknight dinners. These are seasoned professionals accustomed to perfectly controlled environments and meticulously sourced ingredients. Dropping them into the Next Level Chef pressure cooker – with its unpredictable ingredient platform and ticking clock – is like throwing a Michelin-starred chef into a food truck rally. The result? Probably some spectacular meltdowns, hopefully some impressive improvisation, and definitely some high-stakes culinary drama.

With only 20 minutes on each level, these chefs will need to demonstrate serious adaptability. Judges Gordon Ramsay, Richard Blais, and Nyesha Arrington won’t be impressed by fancy foams or tweezer-placed microgreens. They’re looking for raw talent, quick thinking, and the ability to produce something edible under duress. Which of these pros can handle the heat, and who will crack under the pressure? Find out Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 8:00 PM ET/PT on FOX.
