Nick Cannon will step in as host of LEGO Masters when the hit competition series returns for its sixth season on FOX during the 2025–26 broadcast cycle, replacing original host Will Arnett after a five-season run.
The handover marks a notable talent shift for FOX, which continues to consolidate its unscripted slate around a core group of marquee personalities. Cannon—already the face of The Masked Singer and a proven ratings draw—now fronts two of the network’s most family-friendly formats. His arrival on LEGO Masters comes as the show expands its production model with its first-ever in-person audition episodes, set to film June 21–22 at LEGOLAND California Resort.
Open to the public, the LEGOLAND sessions will feature real-time evaluations from Cannon and returning brickmasters, with hopeful teams required to bring their own builds and register in advance via the show’s official site. Park guests will be able to observe the tapings onsite, turning the event into a hybrid audition-and-fan experience that leans into the show’s hands-on appeal.
LEGO Masters remains a consistent player in FOX’s Monday night lineup and continues to stream next-day on Hulu. Now midway through its fifth season, the format continues to generate strong family co-viewing numbers and delivers key brand extensions for both LEGO Group and Endemol Shine North America.
Arnett, who also served as an executive producer, exits after anchoring the series from launch. FOX and Endemol Shine credited his role in establishing the tone and reach of the U.S. version, which originated in the U.K. and has since spun off internationally.
The shift to Cannon suggests a broader recalibration ahead of Season 6, pairing a higher-profile host with expanded audience engagement strategies.
Season 6 of LEGO Masters will premiere as part of FOX’s 2025–26 schedule. Live auditions take place June 21–22 at LEGOLAND California.
