ACORN TV continues its foray into Nordic Noir with the premiere of For Life, a Norwegian crime drama available for binge-watching on Monday, December 30, 2024. This eight-episode series follows Victoria Woll, a former police detective whose life takes a dramatic turn when she finds herself on the wrong side of the bars.

The story unfolds on two timelines, flashing back fifteen years to a murder case that continues to haunt Victoria. Siv Bakke, the victim, is more than just a name in a file; she represents a tangled web of professional and personal connections that Victoria must unravel from her prison cell. We see glimpses of a younger Victoria working alongside her colleagues, Ayla and Kit, trying to piece together the puzzle of Siv’s death.
