Magnolia’s “In With the Old” returns this Saturday with a project that blends historical preservation with modern design. Actor Corbin Bernsen and his wife, designer Amanda Pays, take on the challenge of renovating a 1910 farmhouse nestled in the scenic Hudson Valley, a region steeped in history.
The property sits on 8 acres of farmland, a plot with roots stretching back to before the Revolutionary War. Talk about a fixer-upper with pedigree. As with all “In With the Old” projects, the focus isn’t just on renovation, but on re-imagining these abandoned spaces, giving them new life while honoring their past.
Corbin and Amanda bring their unique style and design expertise to the project, tackling the farmhouse’s outdated features while striving to maintain its original charm. “In With the Old” celebrates the work of designers, builders, and anyone with a passion for restoring old homes, and this episode provides another look into the world of historical preservation.
Tune in to Magnolia Network this Saturday, April 26th at 1:00 PM ET to see the transformation.
