The competition heats up in the picturesque landscapes of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park as Matt Baker’s “National Trust: Our Dream Farm” continues. Four hopefuls remain, each vying for the chance to become the new tenant of a stunning 600-acre farm, complete with a farmhouse, holiday cottages, and breathtaking views of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon).
This week’s episode sees the remaining contestants facing a series of challenges designed to test their practical farming skills, business sense, and commitment to conservation. From tackling invasive plant species to demonstrating their livestock-buying prowess at a local mart, the tasks are no walk in the (national) park.
Eryri General Manager Trystan Edwards and the National Trust’s Land and Estates Director, Giles Hunt, keep a watchful eye on the proceedings, assessing each applicant’s ability to manage the farm’s unique and diverse terrain. With only one spot available and emotions running high, someone will inevitably be packing their bags and leaving the dream behind. Which hopeful will prove they have what it takes to manage this National Trust treasure? Find out this Saturday, April 19th at 6:05 PM on Channel 4.
