Here Come The Irish

Streaming service Peacock is kicking off the college football season with the release of the trailer for its original sports docuseries, Here Come the Irish. The series will provide an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team, with the first two episodes premiering on 29 August.

Here Come the Irish offers an in-depth exploration of the team’s life on and off the field, featuring interviews with head coach Marcus Freeman and former head coach Lou Holtz, as well as current coaching staff and players, including QB Riley Leonard and CB Benjamin Morrison. The series looks at the academic commitments, personal stories, and motivation of the Fighting Irish.

The first two episodes premiere on 29 August, with subsequent episodes releasing on 5 December, 19 December, and 16 January 2025.

Directed by John Fornaro, the docuseries is executive produced by Jon Asher, Katy Lonergan, and Shalika Shetty, and produced by Fighting Irish Media.
