Sun, sea, and property searches! “A Place in the Sun” returns with property expert Craig Rowe jetting off to the Greek island of Corfu to assist house hunters Alison and Tony in their quest for the perfect holiday home. Armed with a budget of £70,000 and a desire for a spacious property suitable for hosting family and friends, the couple faces the daunting task of finding a gem in Corfu’s competitive real estate market.
Craig has his work cut out for him. Finding a property that ticks all the boxes within their budget is a challenge, even for a seasoned pro like himself. He lines up a diverse selection of properties, hoping that one will capture Alison and Tony’s hearts and inspire them to make an offer. Will they fall for a traditional Greek villa with stunning ocean views? Or will a modern apartment closer to the island’s vibrant nightlife prove more appealing?
