The dream of owning a holiday home in the sun is alive and well, and “A Place in the Sun” is here to help make that dream a reality for one lucky viewer. This Tuesday, presenter Jean Johansson heads to the beautiful Costa Almeria in Spain to assist Dipti from Leicester in finding the perfect property.
Dipti’s ambition is for this holiday home to eventually become her permanent residence, making the search particularly important. With a budget of £130,000, Jean has her work cut out for her. She’s lined up five properties for Dipti and her friend Anne to view, ranging from beachfront apartments to townhouses with stunning views. Will any of them tick all the boxes? And more importantly, will Dipti find a place that feels like home?
