With a budget of £140,000, the pressure is on for presenter Sara Damergi to deliver. She’s lined up five potential properties, each with its own unique charms (and potential drawbacks). Will any of them tick all the boxes for Trish and Ruth? Or will their dream home remain just that – a dream?
