Our host, Jasmine Harman, is on hand to guide Richard, accompanied by his ever-supportive best mate Peter, through the treacherous terrain of the Spanish housing market. Richard, a Sitges aficionado for over two decades, has a budget of £210,000 and a dream of finally owning a slice of this sun-kissed paradise.
Jasmine, armed with her portfolio of five potential properties, will no doubt navigate the usual hurdles: awkward layouts, questionable plumbing, and the eternal struggle to find something that even remotely resembles the idyllic vision in Richard’s head.
