The CW’s “Police 24/7” returns this Thursday with another dose of real-world law enforcement, taking a raw and unfiltered look at the unpredictable nature of police work. “Frisky Business” seems like a lighthearted title, but the episode covers a range of incidents, from drug busts to domestic disputes and public disturbances.
In one instance, a routine traffic stop takes a turn when officers discover a suspect attempting to conceal drugs in a rather unconventional hiding spot. Meanwhile, a shattered windshield sparks a domestic violence call, escalating quickly and leading to an arrest. Elsewhere, officers must deal with a man causing chaos by harassing passersby and weaponizing laundry beads.
“Police 24/7” captures the split-second decisions, the de-escalation tactics, and the sheer variety of situations officers encounter on a daily basis.
