President Biden Speaks to CBS News Sunday Morning in First Interview Since Announcing He Won’t Seek Re-election

President Joe Biden has given his first interview since announcing he will not seek re-election to CBS News chief election and campaign correspondent Robert Costa. The interview will be broadcast on CBS News Sunday Morning on Sunday, August 11, at 9:00 am ET on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+.

Costa, co-author of Peril with Bob Woodward, has extensively documented Biden’s political career and presidency. In recent months, he has travelled on the campaign trail with Biden, discussing the power of organised labour and talking to the president’s supporters in battleground states.
