Prime Video First Look at ‘Cross,’ Starring Aldis Hodge

Prime Video has released the trailer for Cross, a crime thriller series set to premiere on November 14, 2024. Based on James Patterson’s bestselling Alex Cross novels, the eight-episode series follows Alex Cross, a detective and forensic psychologist renowned for his ability to understand the minds of both killers and their victims. Aldis Hodge takes on the lead role, doubling as both the star and a producer of the show.

The series was developed by showrunner and writer Ben Watkins, with production backing from Paramount Television Studios and Skydance Television. The supporting cast features Isaiah Mustafa, Juanita Jennings, Alona Tal, and Ryan Eggold, among others. Even before its first season airs, Cross has been renewed for a second season, announced during Prime Video’s Upfront presentation.

Key production figures include James Patterson, Bill Robinson, and Patrick Santa from James Patterson Entertainment, alongside David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Bill Bost for Skydance Television. Cross will be available exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories worldwide.
