Prime Video has handed a series order to Delphi, a new live-action drama set inside the world of the Creed films. Michael B. Jordan is on board as executive producer through his Outlier Society banner, with Marco Ramirez (The Defenders, Sons of Anarchy) set as showrunner.
The series marks the first time the Creed IP will expand into TV, building on the success of the MGM film trilogy, which grossed over $663 million globally. Delphi will center on a group of young fighters training at the titular Delphi Boxing Academy—familiar territory for longtime fans of the franchise—as they take on the brutal, high-stakes world of pro boxing.
The project is part of Jordan’s continued efforts to expand the Creed brand across multiple platforms. He executive produces alongside Liz Raposo for Outlier Society. Irwin Winkler, David Winkler, and Charles Winkler also board as EPs via Winkler Films. The show will stream exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories.
Outlier Society is repped by M88, WME, 2PM Sharp, and attorney Greg Slewett.
No word yet on casting or a premiere date, but Delphi puts another flag in the ground for Jordan as he builds out his producing slate—while giving Prime Video a fresh foothold in a proven franchise.
