Prime Video will serve as the launchpad for a new subscription add-on targeting faith-driven audiences this fall, with the second season of biblical drama House of David headlining the rollout.
Entertainment group Wonder Project, led by Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten and Jon Erwin, is launching the branded service in the U.S. via Prime Video’s Marketplace. Priced at $8.99 per month, it will carry over 1,000 hours of curated and original programming aligned with Wonder Project’s mission to deliver “courageous stories, inspiring hope and restoring faith.”
The subscription will offer early access to new Wonder Project originals, including Season 2 of House of David, co-produced with Amazon MGM Studios. The returning series will stream exclusively on the new add-on before reaching a broader Prime Video audience at a later date. Season 1 delivered over 40 million global viewers and landed among the top 10 new series launches in the U.S., peaking at #1 on Prime Video domestically.
The Wonder Project label is backed by a core creative team that includes Jon Gunn and Erwin, who serve as writers, directors, and executive producers across multiple titles.
Additional titles on the slate include theatrical feature Sarah’s Oil (releasing Friday, November 7, 2025), along with The Breadwinner starring Nate Bargatze, It’s Not Like That with Scott Foley and Erinn Hayes, Young Washington, and Flyer.
Ryan Pirozzi, Head of Prime Video Marketplace, confirmed the service’s integration and said Wonder Project strengthens the platform’s reach by catering to an audience long underserved by mainstream SVODs.
