Rachael Ray in Tuscany returns to FYI with a double bill of mouth-watering episodes. In the first, International Pub Cheese Burger, Rachael elevates the classic beef burger with a homemade pub cheese topping, complete with sautéed sweet onions, jalapeno peppers, and bacon, all stacked on a pretzel bun and sealed with lettuce.
Then in Rabbit Ragu, Rachael prepares a traditional rabbit ragu. This flavourful dish combines ground rabbit, vegetables, and wine to create a thick, hearty sauce that’s perfect for serving over long pasta.
