Rachael Ray in Tuscany returns to FYI tonight with a double bill of mouth-watering episodes. Kicking off at 9:30 p.m., the first episode, “Osso Buco,” sees Rachael honor legendary singer and dear friend Tony Bennett. She prepares a dish of succulent braised veal shanks, oven-baked Florentine-style, and served with large slices of bread and creamy polenta—a meal that Tony Bennett loved.
In the second episode, “Italian Paninis,” which airs at 9:30 p.m., Rachael hosts a sandwich night, serving up an array of Italian sandwiches with a variety of delicious fillings. From roasted eggplant to sweet bell peppers and spicy mortadella with pistachio, it’s a celebration of tasty treats.
