Raymond Blanc takes us on a delightful journey through Hillsborough Castle and Gardens in Episode 4 of Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens. This stunning location serves as the official Royal Residence in Northern Ireland and provides a serene backdrop for Raymond’s exploration.

During his visit, Raymond immerses himself in the tranquility of the gardens while taking a walk with Christine in the Walled Gardens. Together, they delve into their rich history and marvel at the impressive crops grown there. Raymond also visits the garden shop where lucky visitors have the opportunity to take home some treasures. Inspired by his time at Hillsborough Castle, he returns to his own garden to create a delicious dish featuring soft fruits and sabayon.

In addition to experiencing the natural beauty outside, Raymond also gets a glimpse of the decadent State Dining Room. He learns about the history of the house from David and even takes a peek at other grand rooms.
