The “Real Housewives of Potomac” are off to Panama City, courtesy of Wendy, and if you think a change of scenery will magically fix their fractured friendships, well, bless your heart. “Rumble in the Jungle” is less about exploring the local culture and more about rehashing the same old arguments with a tropical backdrop.
This time, Stacey’s relentless pursuit of Gizelle’s approval takes center stage. Apparently, sharing a room wasn’t enough to mend their relationship, so now we get to watch Stacey’s continued attempts to win Gizelle over amidst the Panamanian humidity.
Of course, no Housewives trip would be complete without a major blow-up, and this one seems custom-made to deliver. The ladies finally decide to confront Mia about her, shall we say, complicated relationships with the rest of the group. Let’s just say, things get heated faster than a forgotten bottle of sunscreen on a Panamanian beach.
Basically, if you’re looking for some escapist fun and don’t mind witnessing a group of grown women behave badly in paradise, this episode is for you. Just don’t expect any profound insights into international relations.
“The Real Housewives of Potomac” airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
