The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion rolls on, with part two picking up where the previous installment left off: mired in accusations, recriminations, and a whole lot of yelling. This time, the husbands join the fray, which almost always adds fuel to the already raging fire.
The central conflict in this episode appears to revolve around Meredith Marks and long-simmering rumors that have apparently been swirling around her for two years. She takes the opportunity to confront Angie’s husband, Shawn, directly about his alleged involvement in spreading these rumors. It’s a classic Housewives reunion setup: a festering conflict finally erupts in a dramatic, and probably slightly slurred, confrontation.
Will any actual resolutions be reached? Unlikely. Will there be tears, accusations, and awkward silences? Absolutely. Will someone storm off set? It’s practically guaranteed. The reunion specials are where the Housewives truly shine, allowing them to rehash past dramas, air their grievances, and remind viewers why they love to hate (and sometimes hate to love) these women.
