Rhod Gilbert’s Growing Pains, 29 April 2024, Comedy Central, “Oti Mabuse, Asim Chaudry, Ellie Taylor”

In the latest episode of Rhod Gilbert’s Growing Pains, airing on Comedy Central on Monday 29 April, Rhod welcomes Oti Mabuse, Asim Chaudhry, and Ellie Taylor to the show, where they revisit their teenage years and share embarrassing moments from their adolescence. The guests compete to convince Rhod that their teenage experiences were the most cringe-worthy.

Oti Mabuse, best known for her role as a professional dancer and choreographer on Strictly Come Dancing, shares a different side of herself on the show. Born in Pretoria, South Africa, Oti studied civil engineering before pursuing a career in dance. She followed in the footsteps of her sister, Motsi Mabuse, who is also a professional dancer and later became a judge on Strictly Come Dancing. Oti’s impressive dance skills led her to win the South African Latin American Championship eight times and achieve remarkable placements in other dance competitions.
