Ah, Road Wars, the show that reminds us that no matter how bad our commute is, there’s always someone out there having a worse time. This week’s episode, titled “Construction Truck Catastrophe,” offers a buffet of vehicular mishaps, altercations, and general roadside mayhem.

From a dragging incident in Delaware – a chilling reminder of how quickly a traffic dispute can escalate into something far more dangerous – to a delivery driver in Brazil fighting back against a would-be motorcycle thief, the episode spans the globe, highlighting the universal nature of bad driving and unfortunate circumstances.

Closer to home, a construction truck driver in Brooklyn apparently forgot to lower their crane before hitting the road, resulting in what the episode description calls “major damage.” One can only imagine the symphony of crunching metal and shattered glass that must have accompanied this particular incident. Add to that a police chase in California and a sedan colliding with a school bus in Albuquerque, and you’ve got a recipe for an hour of rubbernecking entertainment.
