Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan set out on a new adventure in Las Vegas for the latest episode of their Sky Max show. The pair, who have been friends for years, are in Sin City to immerse themselves in the world of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Rob, a self-confessed UFC superfan, has been booked to commentate on fights and wants to bring his best friend, Romesh, into the fold.
The episode, which airs on Sky Max on Wednesday, 11 September 2024, at 9 pm, sees the duo gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes access and training from some of the biggest names in MMA. They start their journey on home soil with current UFC champion Leon Edwards, who puts them through their paces.
They then fly out to Las Vegas, where they meet UFC Hall of Famer and Manchester legend Michael Bisping. Bisping takes them on a road trip down Route 66 and introduces them to a unique training technique called “Animal Flow.”
However, the real challenge lies ahead, as Rob and Romesh prepare for a one-on-one UFC fight on top of the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas.
Will they be able to rise to the occasion and showcase their skills, or will they get knocked out?
