After weeks of intense renovation rivalry, HGTV’s “Rock the Block” is ready to crown its champion. In this Monday’s episode, “And the Winner Is,” the four teams – each armed with a starting budget of $175,000 – make their final push to increase the value of their assigned properties.
This season, the competition has been fierce, with design stars Leanne Ford, Mina Starsiak Hawk, Jasmine Roth, and Alison Victoria bringing their distinct styles and renovation know-how to the table. But who comes out on top?
Judging the final results are none other than “Property Brother” Jonathan Scott alongside host Ty Pennington. For the first time, the teams will also get a chance to tour each other’s completed homes, adding a new level of excitement – and maybe a little bit of envy – to the proceedings.
