On Friday, March 1, at 8:00 PM ET/PT, the CBS Television Network will air a brand new episode of the action-packed series “S.W.A.T.” In this upcoming installment titled “Good for Nothing,” the 20-Squad is thrust into action as Yakuza assassins make their way to Los Angeles, targeting a group of mysterious Japanese ex-pats. The urgency and danger of the situation propel our team into swift action.
While facing this intense mission, one member of the squad finds themselves in personal turmoil. Nichelle, who works at the inspector general’s office, has her job put on the line when she is accused by a colleague of accepting bribes. This subplot adds an additional layer of tension and complexity to an already high-stakes episode.
“S.W.A.T.” features Shemar Moore in the role of Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson, an L.A.-born and raised S.W.A.T. Sergeant who leads an elite tactical team. Hondo navigates between his loyalty to his community and his allegiance to his fellow officers as he grapples with newfound parenthood alongside his wife Nichelle.
Supporting Hondo are other members of 20-Squad: David “Deacon” Kay, a devoted family man with extensive experience; Victor Tan, recently single and eager to take on a leadership role within the team; Zoe Powell, a confident newcomer working hard to find her place among her seasoned colleagues. Overseeing Metro S.W.A.T operations is Commander Robert Hicks.
The dynamics within 20-Squad embody unity through diversity as they work together diligently to save lives and protect their city amidst an increasingly troubled world.
This latest episode was written by Alan Morgan and directed by Maja Vrvilo.
