Salvage Hunters “Long Running Businesses” (Quest, Wednesday, February 5, 2025)

Salvage Hunters Celebrity Special

Drew Pritchard, the ever-resourceful antiques dealer, is back on the road in this week’s “Salvage Hunters.” Forget dusty attics and forgotten barns – this time, he’s setting his sights on businesses that have stood the test of time, hoping to unearth hidden treasures amongst their long-held wares.

First up, Drew and his trusty associate, Al, are off to meet a family who’ve run a travelling fairground for generations. Amidst the flashing lights and the scent of popcorn, who knows what forgotten relics might be lurking beneath the canvas? One can only imagine the stories behind these vintage amusements, and Drew’s knack for uncovering the unusual is sure to be on full display.

Next, they’re headed to a more sedate setting, a traditional wood-turning business. While the pace might be slower, the potential for discovery remains high. Will they find unique tools of the trade, or perhaps remnants of bygone craftsmanship hidden amongst the wood shavings?

As “Salvage Hunters” enters its twelfth episode of the nineteenth season, one thing remains certain: Drew’s insatiable curiosity and sharp eye for a bargain will lead to some surprising finds.
