Sarah Hadland Shines in Record-Breaking Quickstep on Strictly Come Dancing

Sarah Hadland made a stunning entrance in the Season 22 premiere of Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday evening, dancing a Quickstep with professional partner Vito Coppola to Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5. Their performance not only energised the audience but also set a new record as the highest-scoring Quickstep for the first week of the competition.

The judges were full of praise, with Craig Revel Horwood calling it “fantastic,” while Motsi Mabuse lauded the fast pace and rhythm of their dance.

After the routine, an elated Hadland expressed her disbelief at the positive reception. Coppola echoed her excitement, highlighting her fantastic performance.

The judges awarded the pair a total score of 30, with eights from Craig and Motsi and sevens from Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke. This achievement solidified their place as standout performers in the competition.
