This episode features three distinct cases, each presenting unique complexities. Neurosurgery consultant George Eralil takes on the case of a patient suffering from trigeminal neuralgia, widely considered one of the most excruciating conditions known. Meanwhile, orthopaedic consultant Chris Wilson finds himself facing an unexpected hurdle during a demanding surgical list, putting his skills and quick thinking to the test. And thoracic surgeon Tom Combellack operates on a patient with a rare neuroendocrine tumour in his chest.
