The Sharks are back in the tank, their wallets open (or not) to the latest crop of hopeful entrepreneurs. This week’s episode features a diverse range of products, from sentimental keepsakes to athletic apparel, each with the potential to become the next big thing.
First up are the purveyors of heirloom keepsake trunks, aiming to provide a stylish and secure way to store precious family memories. Will the Sharks see the value in nostalgia, or will they dismiss it as attic clutter? Then there are the easy-sew quilt kits, promising to make quilting accessible to even the most craft-challenged among us. Will the Sharks be stitched up by the sales pitch, or will they see through the seams?
Next into the tank are the creators of seamless swimsuits for women, aiming to provide a comfortable and flattering fit for all body types. Will they make a splash with the Sharks, or will their pitch sink like a stone? And last but not least, there are the performance socks designed specifically for outdoor activities. Will the Sharks find their pitch a breath of fresh air, or will they get cold feet?
Guest Shark Jamie Kern Lima joins the regulars this week, bringing her entrepreneurial expertise and keen eye for market trends to the table. With four very different products on offer, it will be interesting to see which, if any, manage to hook a Shark.
“Shark Tank” airs Fridays at 8:00 PM on ABC.
