The story centers on Sarah (Christie Leverette), whose newlywed bliss is cut short when her husband, Brendan, dies after a fall from their hotel balcony. While it initially appears to be a tragic accident, the autopsy reveals a different story, suggesting Brendan was murdered. The finger of suspicion immediately points to Sarah, a situation made worse by Brendan’s sister, Rachel, who actively pushes the authorities to consider Sarah a killer.
But when Rachel herself turns up dead, the case takes another dark twist, leaving Sarah in a desperate fight to prove her innocence.
